Passing transformation formula name in Load data from File flow

Passing transformation formula name instead of transformation formula id as parameter for Load data from File flow

I am trying to submit "Load Data from file" flow from Flowactions Service(operation : submitAndGetFlowInstanceId). I want to pass transformation formula name instead of transformation formula id as parameter.

Please share the payload if we can do the same. (I know formula id is better approach but this is required for specific client)
