Automating an existing report to run and send once internal sourcing expires
We would like to automate a report to run once the internal sourcing posting expires. I've tried writing an Agent to help with this, but I can't seem to figure it out since I only want to report to run once a certain event happens.
Has anyone tried to write something or automate a task like this on OBI?
To give you some context, our recruiters send out a list of all the internal "bidders" to the hiring managers and up through their chain of command. Currently, the recruiter runs this report out of OBI, exports it to a PDF, and emails it to the appropriate chains. It's not a lot of work, but it would be so much more convenient for them if I could even get this report to automatically run and send to their email as a PDF.
