Oracle Unresponsive to Our Requests for Taleo Account Representative Information
Our former Taleo account representative left Oracle and there hasn't been any transition to a new account representative. We currently have no account representative. We have reached out to Oracle on various occasions to address this issue and they are not responding to us. We are currently in need of some account management. Can someone from Oracle reach out to me/us in order to get this issue resolved? All other communication efforts have failed so we are trying this.
