Unable to resolve the request to rotate credentials

Like many people, I received a notice that required to be resolved rotate credentials.

After typing the "identity-audit-tool" command on Cloud Shell, I received the following results:

The first requirement is: Change Console UI passwords:

I tried to follow this guide: Change Your Cloud Account Password. After receiving the notice that has successfully changed the password, I proceeded to log out of your account on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and Identity Cloud Service (ICS) and then log in again. Then try to type the "identity-audit-tool" command on Cloud Shell. The result I received has not changed!
