Journey Assigned (ORA_CHK_CHECKLIST_INITIATED) notification is not triggering to pending worker

edited May 14, 2023 6:22PM in Journeys 14 comments

Summary:

Hi team,

We are facing an issue that, Journey assigned notification is not getting triggred to pending workers when the checklist is initiated.

  • We are using alert based notifications.
  • We have created custom alert and mapped it at the checklist template level.
  • We have added communication method as Mail and Worklist (${RecipientUserName}, ${RecipientUserName}) to the custom alert.
  • Profile option "ORA_PER_CHECKLIST_NOTIFY_HOME_EMAIL" is turned on.

Is there anything that I missed to get the notification triggered?
