OCI Free tenant admin account password reset - not working

Hi Team,

I couldn't reset my account password , getting below error message. tried everything by clearing the cache, different supported browsers , changing the network etc .. nothing seems to be working. Pls help resetting my password.

  "error_description" : "We are unable to recognize your browser. Please use a browser that you have previously logged in with."
