Request to delete tenency

Summary:

I have given request to delete tenency since my profile has errors and there was no help

Content (required):

Its more than a month but still the tenancy is not deleted. It says accepted but not processed till now .So i cannot recreate the tenency using same email

We cant raise support ticket
