How to join sales order fulfillment lines to warehouse shipping lines

Hi, I require a way to query and join sales order fulfillment lines to shipping lines particularly for split lines.

For example, the below scenario was created by a single sales order fulfillment line for qty 36 being picked and ship confirmed in two equal portions (18) at two different times. The first pick and ship caused the fulfillment line and the shipping line to split. However, the shipping side has no reference to the new sales order fulfillment line. I need to be able to properly join these two sides of the system together so that I can directly and definitively tie a sales order fulfillment line to a shipping line.
