Is there a way to add a different ship-to customer than the account listed in a Service Request?
Summary:
We sometimes receive service requests from dealers to return an item for repair, then ship the repaired item to the dealer's customer/ another customer. In the current state we need to update the ship-to customer in OM after the parts are ordered from SR.
