Active Profile Query

Looking for help on how to build a query that checks for active profiles within different environments

Hi all,

I'm looking to see if anyone can help or has a query that when runs, returns only the active profiles when run in different environments.

This isn't related to active employees, but active profiles within the area the report is being run.

For example, if I only have ten users active in a development environment who can build reports, make changes etc, I need the report to display each person.

I've looked at some out of the box reports, but none seem to offer a solution to what I need.
