What is the difference between Readiness Level and Candidate Readiness on reporting?

Summary:

Hi All!

When in OTBI and trying to pull in fields for reporting on Succession Planning - we have two fields of interest: "Readiness Level" and "Candidate Readiness".

We have an idea of where we can find the "Readiness Level" field in the system: when in a talent review, pulling in a succession plan, clicking on succession plan, under candidates listed - "Readiness" field present (see screenshot below):

Is this accurate information of where we can commonly find "Readiness Level" in the system? Where does "Candidate Readiness" pull from in the system? How do these two fields differentiate?
