Summary: Getting error when trying to set up expense account for department

Content (required): I am getting red box and the attached error when trying to enter data on a couple of the expense account setup fields (see attached). I seem to have "access" to enter the other info...just not these 2 fields....I am an HR Admin with the same access as my manager and she has not had any trouble when entering the info...does anyone know why I would not have access to these particular fields?
