Will there be a change done to URL Parameter Delivery Method HTTPS URL for Outgoing PO B2B messages

Summary:

We were informed by Oracle Team (email below) that there would be a change done to the url used for incoming received B2B messages for invoices starting 22B onwards in OBN


Will this url change affect the messaging for Outbound sent PO messages ? Oracle has not given us those details in their automated mail.

Email from Oracle :

Up until 22B, the url used for incoming B2B messages, used to redirect to the relevant domain. These url could be *.fs.* (OR) *.fa.*

the url given in the OBN-> Messages-> Communication parameters was based on the fusion application url
