Create a pop-up alert in OFSC

Can pop-up alerts be configured in OFSC (based on visibility conditions)?

Content (required):

We currently use many text messages to display various information to mobility users (based on visibility conditions we have configured). However in some cases the message is more important/critical and we want to ensure the user looks at the message, therefore we would like to display the message in a pop-up window to ensure the user has seen the message (cannot continue until 'OK' is clicked to close the pop-up).
