Harver service screening - Request Failed status

Hello everyone,

We are currently experiencing an issue with Harver. We have successfully implemented the integration with Harver and we have updated accordingly the Candidate Selection Process which consists of Request Assessment action.

Moreover, we made sure when we created the job requisition to associate the assessment that we want. Also, we made sure that the "Send Candidate Screening Requests to Partners" ESS job is scheduled to run every 10 minutes.

However, when we move the candidate to the phase/state that triggers the assessment they don't receive the assessment link, after the ess job is run successfully.
