Is there a way to default Requested delivery date based on the BPA lead time for that item

Summary:

We have a requirement to default the requested delivery data based on the BPA lead time of the item , however the current behavior is such that the date is defaulted as SYSDATE+7 based on the profile option POR_REQUESTED_DATE_OFFSET

Can you please suggest the best possible approach to drive the date based on the lead time at the Requisition level
