Application Tasks for Learning

Content (required):

For our employee onboarding journey, we would like to include a task for learning. The employee must enroll himself in induction training. I have the 'Task Type' as 'Application Task' but I do not know which 'Application Task' to select; teh list includes - Before you enroll, Current Learning or What to Learn

I cannot find any info on what each Application Task means. Please advise where I can find this info.
