How to get Date performed ,Percentage of Performance Tasks by Status in performance

Hi All,

I am using the Workforce Performance - Performance Task Status Real Time subject area for an OTBI Analysis.

Can you please let me know from where the Date performed is drawn and also how do we derive the Percentage of Performance Tasks by Status?

I could find a completed report with a percentage completed of 25%.

Can each step have more than 25%?

Can you please advise?
