Good Morning,
Our organization is a bit unique with the calendar length between Offer Accepted and Start Date. We manage charter schools all over the country and therefore start hiring in March for Fall August/September Start Dates.
We currently utilize an Enterprise Onboarding Journey that has multiple steps but found issues with candidates getting to their tasks to soon when it came to things like Emergency Contacts, W4 Tax setup, and Direct Deposit.
We had to break out that step into another journey with a different action trigger.
