Is it possible to move fields from Offer to Candidate?

We have a few fields that have been created as 'Offer Fields' but should not be on the offer, for example Tax Number. We would like to move this field off the Offer and add to the Candidate Profile, so that the candidate can complete this information himself. These fields were configured for our integration to HR EBS, but it is not a logical place to put them.

Is there a way to change 'Offer Fields' to 'Candidate Fields' so that they can be added to the candidate personal information User-Defined Form.
