OCI - System don't finish the boot and stay in iSCSI error loop

Goal

If the System don't complete the boot and as consequence stay inaccessible.

In the console the system is in loop with the following errors:

Changes

Due to a crash a filesystem is corrupted.

To try the boot the iscsi disks where detached and re-attached.
