Allocations not getting picked up

Summary: Allocations not picked up where Offset has been used.

Content (required): There are source combinations for example EntityA : CC22 : Acc23 : Client12 , for which offset was used at default members in order to divert "Allocation out" amount. Now, I want to use that same source combination for another rule set and further allocations but those source combinations are not getting picked up.
