BI Dashboard filter causing score tiles to not show

Summary:

We have a dashboard built to summarize the scores of a questionnaire. When we filter, even though there is data, some of the tiles will randomly not show up. If you refresh the page you may get different tiles to populate and not show up than the first time. Sometimes when you first load the page tiles will be missing as well. All of this is random, which is making using the dashboard problematic. Anyone have any experience with score tiles not showing up consistently? The fact that it changes which tiles show at
