Requisition Approval in BPM - what does this Check Box do?

Summary:

Hello,

1) During Requisition approval, we have Job Level Approvals based upon Amount. Currently the system sends approval to the Job Level based upon the Amount.

If we have Job 10 levels- Depending upon the Amount and other conditions, different Levels can approve. The issue is the Manager of the Requestor is in the blind for requisitions raised if the amount is high.

If a requestor say Job 40 raises requisition for huge amount, say Job Level 9 can approve. However the Manager of the requestor and all the intermediate Job levels are not aware of the requisition.

How can we configure that the all the managers of the requestor are approving the requisition based upon the amount. If the amount is less say only Manager1 Job level 50 and Manager 2 at Job Level 60 approve.
