EPBCS: How to download Static Excel report generated from Reports?

In the old FR (Financial Reports), you could burst a report to the inbox\outbox and then use EPM Automate to download it from there. With (new) Reports, I can burst the report (PDF or Excel) to a folder in the "Library", but nowhere else. How can I then download it using EPM Automate?

I can't use emails because I need the data in the reports as part of a process.

I'm sure the answer is obvious but I can't figure it out.
