Promotion Plan without budgeting Header

how to enable to see any budgeting information in Promotion worksheet Header

We have configured salary Plan and Promotion plan. However, in Salary plan we see the Budgeting information at worksheet header level.

However, in promotion we initialize the budget, but unable to see any any header at Promotion worksheet table, is there any property need to be enabled?
