Internal Recruiting Documents move to document of records when a job offer is accepted

Summary:

• As I understand it, Candidate-facing documents are files and links that will be displayed to the candidate at the bottom of their online job offer. Candidates can read, save, and print them. When each successful job application is moved to the HR phase, these attachments are copied into the person's Document Records. They will be found in the document type Recruiting, alongside any attachments that candidates provided as they applied to the job except their resume.

But any internal facing documents dont get saved, is there a way that this can be configured. If so we would only want line managers and HR specialists to have visibility of these, Is it possible?
