Candidate Phase and State Stuck
Summary: We have a candidate who has been in the Phase and State of "Offer, Draft" since November 2021. When we click "Move" button and Withdraw the candidate the candidate's application stays stuck in Offer, Draft. I have run the process "Complete the Recruiting Process" but candidate remains stuck in Offer, Draft and we application termination is not reflected. This is preventing us from being able to close out the requisition. Looking for suggestions on how to disposition this candidate. Any ideas?
