Summary: We need to create candidate pools based on the interview date of candidates that were not selected for a particular requisition and keep them eligible for new requisitions for a specific time (6 months, 1 year).

Content (required): There doesn't seem to be an interview date stored in any of the candidate tables that will allow us to use as basis to create pools. How can this be accomplished?
