Usecase #3 - Allow HR roles to bypass rule

Dear all

We have a rule in place where we validate the transfer on the 1st of the month but HR should need to be able to override this rule. The rule contains a check on the user role (Line manager rule = TRUE).

It is working fine unless for HR people who are also a line manager. They are also blocked by this rule. Is there a way to configure the rule so that it only blocks for the manager but not if the person has manager & HR Role? We have multiple HR Roles which should be able to overrule.

Howdy, Stranger!
