How are you handling large attachments with Taleo attachment limits?

Summary: Taleo allows up to 10 MB for document upload split between 1 file at 10 MB, 2 files at 5 MB each or 5 files at 2 MB each for the entire candidate profile, not per submission. Architects have large portfolios, 2-10 MB, they want to upload. We give them the option to include a website but not all have a website, they have large pdfs they want to share. If you allow candidates to email their large documents to a shared mailbox you still can't upload it to their profile. We have candidates that apply
