OCI: Why OL7 Instance Network Status Reports Error "Failed To Start LSB: Failed To Start LSB: Bring

SYMPTOMS

After network restart, service status on OCI instance is report following errors;

# systemctl status network
● network.service - LSB: Bring up/down networking
Loaded: loaded (/etc/rc.d/init.d/network; bad; vendor preset: disabled)
Active: failed (Result: exit-code) since Fri 2020-02-21 01:35:33 GMT; 1h 48min ago
