Country Specific Location Segment ideas?

Summary:

Hi community,

Curious how others would solve for the need to add flexfields to the Location attributes for one specific country, and in this case data set. I had hoped to leverage the contextualization available in HCM Transaction Design Studio, however this is not an option ( understandably) as the values for country are defined after the location details are defined.
