Can search for work order by work definition parameter default to 'contains'?

Summary:

When searching for work orders by work definition, the search dialog that appears defaults the search parameter to 'Starts with', is there anyway to change this to default to 'contains'? This would make searching for work order by work definition much easier. It takes an extra 3 clicks to change this to 'contains'.
