Marking fields as required in Job Requisition Template

Summary: We would like to make the Candidate Selection Process and External Application Flow fields required when creating Requisition Templates.

Content (required): I've checked Page Composer as well as HCM Experience Design Studio and do not see a way to make these fields mandatory on the requisition template? Does anyone have experience with a similar requirement? Is it possible? Many thanks in advance.
