High Priority - Employee assignment DFFs in HR being deleted when a candidate is hired internally

Summary:

We have an issue that Oracle is saying is expected behaviour where an internal candidate who has certain DFFs populated on their HR assignment page in Core, is hired against a role in OR - when they are processed into HR via the Manage Job Offers page, the DFFs in Core are cleared out. Have any other customers experienced this?
