Question :How do you add additional/custom roles to the Manage User's Page role dropdown for Partner Contacts

Body:  I created a custom role and would like to assign this to partners. The only difference is that I don't want them to see all the assets for all accounts. Except for going into Security Console, how can I add this custom role to a partner contact? The dropdown list for role for creating a new contact has Partner Administrator, Partner Sales Manager in it. I would like to be able to assign the custom role at this time.  Otherwise, I have to go into Security Console and delete the OOTB role and add the new one?
