Contingent hiring process via agency/agents in ORC without communicating with Candidates directly

There is requirement regarding contingent hiring process, where the communications should be between agents/ agencies and organization, there should not be any communication going to candidates.


that is there should not be any standard notifications should trigger to candidates instead it should trigger to agents/agencies based on countries contextualization.


Kindly please update how you are managing the contingent hiring process in your organization.
