Do you use both Social Sourcing Job Alerts and JPNs?

Summary: If you are using Social Sourcing, do you allow both Job Alerts from TSS as well as Job Posting Notifications from the recruiting side? Or, do you switch off one or the other? Does this confuse Candidates, and possibly generate more emails to Candidates?

Content (required): The matching logic used by Job Alerts versus JPNs is somewhat different. JPNs take into consideration jobs you may have applied to, but Job Alerts do not. The Job Alert email may contain multiple matched jobs, while JPNs are one email per matched job. A Candidate may also control getting Job Alerts on a daily or weekly basis, which they cannot do with JPNs.

Howdy, Stranger!
