Development Goals Count Scoreboard Employee Wise

Summary:

Need to display the count of the development goals in various status to the logged in employee in form of a dashboard

Content (required):

We have a requirement to show the different counts of the development goals employee wise in form of a scoreboard (dashboard) which should be available for the employee for his/her login.

We are looking for something like this:

We currently have below scorecard provided by Oracle but is not useful:

Has anyone developed such analysis display or can we develop similar type of scorecard of development goals (1st screenshot) and to display it employee wise? The scorecard should be displayed to the logged in user for his/her own development goals.
