22B new Goal Notification not working

Summary:

Hi,

Recently we have received new Goals FYI Notification in 22B update. Out of 4 notification, 2 are not working and they are

1) When Manager deletes the worker Goal.

2) When Manager updates the completed Goal of Worker.

We have enabled these Notification from Goal Management Notification settings task but still these two Notifications are not trigerring.

Can somebody please tell me what else should be configured to enable these notification.

Also, we are not using any approvals. Goals transactions are auto approved.
