Taleo how to enable the creation of new BI PUBLISHER reports?

Hello,

we would like in Taleo, to be able to create new BI PUBLISHER reports.

** not sure if its related to embedded reports

we use ONLY "Oracle Business Intelligence" (as far as i know we dont use the Tale enterprise ) .

I'm logging with my Admin user, which has all bi and reports author user type and don't have under = NEW - the bi objects, (only new analytics) :

how to have the TALEO BI PUBLISHER enabled in Taleo ?
