Summary: we are trying to add a Flag on Attachment Field but, not unable to get Attachment details through the webService as well as there is no specific object for it as it is an out of the box field. Also we tried using the field from service request but it just holds the value as (eg:[email protected]). What could be the possible way to get the attachment details from service request so that we could trigger the field to a flag.
