Summary: Candidate shows up multiple times on Step report


Content (required):

So I have a report that has a column for each step to count how many people are in each step on the requisition and the total submissions. There were more submissions showing on the report than in TEE so when I looked into I found a candidate was counting 3 times with 3 submission identifiers. Why is this happening and what can I do to stop it/work around it? I tried MAX on the identifier but it still counts as 3 submissions.
