Summary: Pre payment flow hang up for over 9 hours on the recal step

Content (required): Payroll team was running a pre payment flow when the process got stuck for hours on the recalculation step. We are curious as we were not experiencing this level of performance issue before 22B. Have others experience issues with the performance time on the payment flows.
