Number of Offer Accepted is showing more than number of Offer Extended in the Analysis and Dashboard

Hi,

Here is the Issue :

In the delivered ORC dashboard "Recruit to Hire Dashboard" under "Offer Acceptance Rate", the offer acceptance rate is showing more than 100%.

Meaning, The offer accepted numbers are shown more than offer extended numbers (refer to the below screenshot)


Navigation > Dashboards > Recruit to Hire Dashboard > Overview > Offer Acceptance Rate


Question :

Has anyone observed or faced this issue. What is the logic behind that the “offer accepted state” is showing more than the “offer extended state” which is making the offer acceptance rate more than 100%
