We are getting a vertex error when trying to create AR invoices. Can you kindly take a look and help us know where we may have a disconnect.

Error

An error occurred in a third-party tax application which caused tax calculation to fail. (ZX-885763) Tax calculation failed because of the following error: VERTEX-0009-Error applying Regime to Rate Rules:No R2R data found.
