Managed Unprocessed Cost Missing Department

Summary:

Hi,

We have created a new Organization Tree under the HCM side with new departments. Once it is Active, Flattened and Ran the process, it is still not showing up on the Project Cost side. We tried enter a misc transaction through Manage Unprocessed Cost under Task panel, but only saw the old Organization Tree and it's departments. Is there a link somewhere we have to update between the new HCM Org Tree and Project Cost?
