In a FreeForm application, can each cube have its own, separate version of the same dimension?

Summary:

We have multiple Essbase cubes (taken as "backups" at the end of each year) that we'd like to migrate to a FreeForm app. Each cube has different versions of the Entity dimension. Can each cube have its own discrete version of the Entity dimension?
