Can we run quickpays for a Non-Worker Paid

Summary:

I want to run a quickpay for a Non-Worker Paid, but when I search for them in the simplified quickpay task I can't find them, when I'm in their person record I don't have the option to run a quickpay.

Content (required):

I can run a successful calculate payroll on them but again cannot see their person results unless a run the Element Results Register. Has anyone had this issue?
